Reservation Policy
Operation Period: April to October

- We accept credit cards: Visa & MasterCard (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Visa Electron) - Bank account deposit
Reservation and Deposit Policies:
- Reservations can be made through the reservations form, by phone and via e-mail. In order for a reservation to be confirmed, the following deposit must be credited to the mansion’s bank account*:
a) for reservations of 4 days or more: 30% of the total amount of the reservation or
b) for reservations up to 3 days: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
*When making the deposit payment it is important to indicate the name and surname of the depositor for the reservation to be confirmed.
• In case of non-payment of the breakage deposit prior to arrival, the mansion reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge the full amount of the reservation.
• The mansion reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case no valid credit card or depositor details are provided.
• The mansion is normally expected to acknowledge and confirm any reservation request within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that you have not heard from us within 24 hours after you placed your reservation, please contact us.
• Upon receiving an incoming reservation, the mansion retains the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
• In case a cancellation is made 21 days prior to arrival or earlier, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. (but ensuing wire transfer or other bank fees will be charged to the client).
• In case a cancellation is made 20 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will charged. (plus any ensuing wire transfer or other bank fees).
• In case a cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival or later, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show or departure before the scheduled date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Our cancellation policies are applicable at all times without exception.

Mansion regulations
• Pets are not allowed.
• Indoors smoking is not allowed.
• If you arrive earlier, provided the mansion is prepared, you can check-in.
• The day of arrival is charged as a full day, regardless of your arrival time at the mansion.
• In case you stay beyond 12:00 and until 18:00 you will be charged with a half day rental.
• In case you stay beyond 18:00 you will be charged with a full day rental.
